cancellation & no-show policy

Oddity Studio has a strict cancellation policy. please respect our time and give us a 48 hour notice. cancelling any less than 24 hours, there will be a cancellation fee of up to 50% of your booked service, with a minimum of $25.

we understand that things happen and try to be as accommodating as possible, but We reserve the right to suspend an individuals pre-booking privileges if multiple last minute cancellations occur. (think of it as a 3-strike rule)

no shows will be suspended from booking future appointments.

If a service needs to be adjusted or tweaked, please reach out as soon as possible so we can correct the issue. This does not mean a change of mind. we ask that Requests for service adjustments be within two weeks of the original appointment. No cash refunds.
